Duke has come out with another two wins over Boston College and Florida State. Boston College wasn't much of a challenge as they won 75-50. They finnally didnt have to come back from being behind. Eventhough Duke didn't have the high scorer they still managed to pull out a win. The high scorer of the game was Ryan Anderson for Boston with 21 points. Boston didnt have many players score wich hurts were as Duke had many scoreres. I couldnt find the stats for the Florida State game. Florida lost to Duke 70-64 in Florida giving Duke another win on the rode.

Season Winding Down

Dukes last game was last Thursday against N.C. State. Duke got off with a win finishing 78-73. Duke was down In the beginning of the game and came back with a hard fought win. They have been cutting a lot of the games close lately making it interesting for the fans. Seth Curry was the high scorer of the game and for Duke with a total of 26 points. Seth shot 12 for 26 from the field and was 100% from the line. The high scorer for N.C. State was Lorenzo Brown with a total of 19 points. Brown shot 50% from the field and 4-6 from the line.Dukes season is coming to an end. They have 5 games left before they start March Madness on March 8th. Dukes next game is tonight against Boston College at 6. Duke is currently ranked number 4.

Duke goes 1-1 for the week


Duke played Virginia Tech Saturday and walked away with a win. The final score was 75-60. Austin Rivers was the high scorer for Duke and for the game with a total of 18 points. Austin went 11-17 from the field and didn’t shoot any free throws. Duke out-rebounded Virginia 33 to 29 which hurts a team. Turnovers hurt Virginia as well as they had 13 to dukes 7. Erick Green was the high scorer for Virginia with a total of 17 points, shooting 7-13 from the field. Erick also shot 4-4 from the line.

After beating Virginia, Duke lost to Miami 74-78. Reggie Johnson of Miami was the high scorer for the game scoring a total of 27 points. He shot 11-18 from the field and 50% from the line. Duke was out-rebounded 48-43, hurting them along with 11 turnovers. This loss puts Dukes record at 19-4, and 6-2 in the ACC. Dukes next game is Wednesday, February 8, against North Carolina.
